We have a busy week coming up! Here is a peak into what we are doing-
Writing- We're continuing to work on our informative texts. The 2nd graders have so much information to share! I can't wait to see how the books turn out!
Reading- This week we are working on procedural texts and discussing what makes procedural text features so important! At the end of the week we'll put our knowledge to use by actually following directions to create something!
Math- Monday we have a quiz on subtracting. We'll continue to practice re-grouping all this week.
Social Studies- We are continuing our geography unit.
***Our class won the Golden Tray Award. That means on Friday we will get an ice-cream party to celebrate our great behavior in the lunch room! Keep it up!
